The Regulations specify the rules for ordering products in the Martyna Koleniec online store, hereinafter referred to as the Store, located at martynakoleniec.com The store is run by Martyna Koleniec Lucznicza 10 02-947 Warsaw, Poland NIP: 1182276405 The Regulations are addressed to all users of the store, hereinafter referred to as the Customer. Using the store The purchase and sale agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Store. The customer will have to provide personal data to place an order. Information regarding the administration of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy. To place an order, please complete the order form. Order processing time is 1-7 business days. Special orders are made within a specified period of time between the Customer and the Store All products offered in the Store are original, brand new, handmade. Orders are processed in the order in which confirmed orders are received. The prices given in the Store are prices including VAT (23%) On request, it is possible to issue a VAT invoice. Delivery and payment The Customer can pay for the ordered goods and shipment by Stripe Inc.

The goods are shipped within Poland via InPost. International shippings via dpd or Fed Ex.

Before collecting the parcel, the customer should check its condition, and in case of damage to the packaging, a damage report must be prepared. And contact the Store. Returns and complaints The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, and to return the goods as soon as possible. Together with the returned goods, please attach a declaration of withdrawal from the contract and inform the Store via e-mail to martynakoleniec@gmai.com The returned goods cannot bear any traces of use, must be complete and undamaged in any way. Intact goods should be returned in company packaging to the following address:

The refund for the returned goods will be transferred to the details provided by the Customer within 3 days of delivery of the goods. The store has the right to refuse to accept the return of goods in cases of returning damaged goods or delivering defective goods to the store. If you wish to make a complaint about a given product, please contact the Store by sending an e-mail to martynakoleniec@gmail.com with a description of the product defect. The customer will receive a response regarding the processing of the complaint within 10 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment. If the complaint is considered in favor of the Customer, the Store will replace the complained goods with full-value goods within 14 days of considering the complaint. If replacement is not possible, the Store will refund the full amount along with shipping costs to the details provided by the Customer. If the complaint is rejected, the goods will be sent back to the customer along with an opinion on the complaint.
