FAQs

my parcel arrived and I have to pay a customs tax, why is that?

Every country is unique in its customs processing procedure, some require businesses to declare the cost of goods sold. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay a small import tax to receive your goods and this is left up to the customer to pay. If you do not pay the customs tax after receiving notice of it, they will hold your goods as is standard for up to 30 days for you to claim. If you do not claim the parcel in that time, it will be returned to us, at which time you will be refunded for the cost of goods minus the cost of shipping.

where's my package?

With all orders placed, a tracking number will be attached with your product. Don't worry, it's on its way to your home. If you didn't get your order, please write to us: martynakoleniec@gmail.com

I'm buying this as a gift, can you make it extra pretty and/or write a personalized note?

I’m always open to your suggestions and happy to add an extra note. The packages are made so you shouldn’t worry about giving it as a gift. I use a packaging paper with extra dry herbs and natural ribbon.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

It usually takes up to 5 working days for the package to arrive if you chose a DHL/DPD/FedEx option. Poczta Polska takes about 12-14 working days to arrive but it can come with a delay. There is no insurance on Poczta Polska option so take that in mind! If you’d like to order multiple items it’s better to choose DHL/DPD/FedEx option.
Orders placed in Poland should get your order the next day. There is also possible to pick up your order in Warsaw, Poland. If you have any issues, please contact me martynakoleniec@gmail.com
